Emerging Market Outlook Looks Good Again

The Emerging Markets macroeconomic picture has improved during 2016. The number of countries willing to ease fiscal policy has increased, while with regards to monetary policy, most EM countries need a more accommodative stance because growth is below potential and inflation is around or below Central Banks targets. Looking ahead to 2017, fiscal levers will maintain a relevant role among policy tools.
